Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"If your looking for friendly staff and a place that gives the best portions for the price. This is your place to be. They accept card but need a minimum payment. Totally worth it as most of their specials are way within the limit. I usually go with their schnitzel and fries with a drink. Their schnitzel varies on what you prefer. I had a range of them and all of them are delicious in their own way. As for the atmosphere it's very relaxed you order your food wait to be called and you get your cafeteria tray and enjoy that deliciousness. Now the review I would give this place a 8.9 out of 10 on that scale. If your new in the area or been second guessing this. The price and the quality will keep you coming back."
"I absolutely love the currywurst and fries at this place—it’s my go-to dish! While it may not be a hidden gem, it’s definitely not overcrowded, giving you a good chance to try it out. If you want to avoid lines, I recommend arriving before 11:15 am. Their daily specials never disappoint! Since it’s located on Ramstein base, access is restricted to those with base access. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s worth noting that they only accept cash for transactions under 10 euros."
"€12 for 3 eggs, bacon, and potatoes + 2 drinks. Good food for the price. Quick service."
"Recently renovated and back open. Great, inexpensive breakfast too."
"I ordered some takeout for the first time here and it wasn’t bad at all. I ordered the Jägerschnitzel with a side salad for about $13. It was a little salty but overall good"
"When I was stationed here 10 yrs ago, I would stop by for a breakfast ham, egg and cheese sandwich 3-4 times a week before work. Super simple and super inexpensive but it’s a must have. We are back here after 10 yrs and finally stopped by yesterday. The place still looks and feels the same. Before we could even order, the sweet lady walked away and came back with two packets of gummy candy for our girls. We ordered 3 entrees (schnitzel, currywurst and spaghetti) to go and everything was perfectly seasoned. I’m happy they survived Covid and still up and running."
"Very nice and clean! Staff extremely nice. Love the fact that they open at 6am. I ordered 3 sunny side up eggs with bacon the fried potatoes. Very well seasoned!!!"
"Went for a quick breakfast with my toddler after an appointment. I hadn't been in since new management took over, and I love what they have done. It is really nice inside, and the food was great. One of the best Brötchen we have had. Staff was friendly, food was good and inexpensive."
